Prospective bidders will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. RSVPs to the site walkthrough are strongly encouraged via email to kratkc@stlouis-mo.gov. Additionally, attendees of the pre-bid who plan on entering the structure are encouraged to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
