Description
This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market conditions relative to NAICS 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists) with a size standard $16 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23), on behalf of Sioux Falls VA Health Care System, Sioux Falls SD is seeking to identify any vendors capable of providing Onsite and Offsite (teleradiology) Radiology Physician Services to eligible veteran beneficiaries of the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System. The period of performance will be one (1) twelve-month base period, and four (4) twelve-month option periods.
Background: Pursuant to the Veterans First Contracting Program, the VA is trying to ascertain if there are qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) with the capability of providing the below services (Respondents are not limited to SDVOSB/VOSB concerns; the Government seeks to identify ALL potentially interested sources):
Services Provided: The Contractor shall provide Board Certified Radiology Physician Services on-site and off-site (teleradiology) interpretation services to include but not limited to; interpretations of general radiology. Fluoroscopic procedures, neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, general nuclear medicine and SPECT/CT, Computed tomography, computed tomography angiography, magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance angiography, ultrasound, and bone densitometry in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the _Sioux Falls VA Health Care System. The VA Radiology Services follow the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR). A contractor providing on-site and off-site radiologist services shall provide services that meet or exceed the American College of Radiology Guidelines https://www.acr.org/-/media/ACR/Files/Practice-Parameters/IRClin-Prac-Mgmt.pdf.pdf.
Place of Performance: Contractor shall furnish 1.0 FTE Board Certified Radiologist and 0.2 FTE Acting Chief of Radiology services at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System 2501 W. 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105; other modalities at contractor s facilities. There is a total of two reading rooms that can be utilized by the contractor at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System. Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology (MSK) and Nuclear Medicine can be read off-site or in the additional reading room when on-site Radiologist is not specialized in those modalities.

4. Will your company enter into a joint venture or other relationship in order to provide this service?
