Notice of Intent to Award Sole-Source - Propane, Pneumatic, 6K-lb Forklift

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS, i.e., a solicitation package will not be issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing, with a size standard of 900 employees. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 3930 Warehouse Trucks and Tractors, Self-propelled.

Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) Property Warehouse operations require one (1) propane, pneumatic 6000-lb capacity forklift for immediate delivery (within 3-5 days of award) to their facility in Honolulu, HI. The 413th CSB RCO-HI intends to issue a firm fixed price single-award contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source to:

However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
