The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought announcement, FA461325Q1015, for work at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base (F. E. Warren AFB), Wyoming. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a small business standard of $19.0 million dollars. This sources sought is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. No award will be made from this sources sought announcement. No solicitation is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement. Based on the responses to this sources sought/request for information notice the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered.

F. E. Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement below.

Requirement Includes:

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform IT infrastructure to extend commercial wireless Internet capabilities to the sited SATAF relocatable facility at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming, in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide a safe solution to install a new infrastructure Building Distribution point (BD) and 1,200 linear feet of underground RG-11 Coaxial Cable from Building 1250 to the annotated spot on Attachment 2 Termination Point Map.
