RFP 23-24-23 2024 Transportation Impact Fee Study Update Deadline: 11/07/2024 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking professional consulting services to conduct a complete revision to the Transportation Impact Fee (TIF) Program last updated in 2015, that meets the requirements of the Mitigation Fee Act with Assembly Bill 1600 in 1987 and subsequent amendments. The City intends to award a contract to the most qualified consultant that has a history of successfully performing services on similar Transportation Impact Fee Program establishment, revision, or update.
