Solicitation Description:

The Broadband Development Office (BDO), anoffice within the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA), is theadministering state entity for the federal Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program aimed at ensuring universal access to broadband service in the state. The BDO is seeking input from broadband serviceproviders and other potential applicants for Texas’ BEAD Program regardingfurther subdividing a subset of census tracts meeting land-area-based orcost-to-serve-based thresholds.
