Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is requesting bids from Qualified Licensed Contractors for the replacement of drywall, cabinets, flooring and other interior building components damaged by fire sprinkler water at Independent Plaza, which is located at 703 and 711 Atlantic Avenue, Alameda, Ca. 94501. Please review attached scope for details.
Bid Deadline: Wednesday, August 5, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM - delivered to the offices of the AHA located at 701 Atlantic Avenue, Alameda, Ca. 94501. Bids must be sealed and marked “Sealed Bid – Do Not Open.” No bids will be opened on this date. Be sure that the sealed bid envelope is date and time-stamped by the AHA Receptionist. The AHA offices are open to the public Monday- Thursday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: Thursday, July 23d, at 1:00 p.m. at 703 Atlantic Ave, Alameda 94501.
