Description

|
It is the intent of the Commission to retain a contractor(s) for cityworks implementation. The comprehensive assessment of the Utility Services Department and Water Quality will include a detailed business process analysis to document current processes and practices and identify opportunities to implement changes that leverage the cityworks software to streamline and improve the Commission’s enterprise asset and work management activities, resulting in more timely, accurate, and easy-to-access information and efficiency. The bid submission must be submitted to the supplier portal in the Online Discussion. Alternative Submissions will not be accepted. Oral and telegraphic proposals, including e-mail submissions, are considered invalid and will not be accepted or considered for award. Late Proposal Submissions will not be accepted or considered for award. The due date for the questions is Friday, July 19, 2024.
