Request for Quotations: Professional Engineering Services
The Gate House proposes to use recently approved Community Development Block Grant funds to procure an engineer or architect for the design and construction supervision of the Gate House HVAC & Electrical Upgrades project at The Gate House, located at 21 Gatehouse Drive, Danville, PA 17821. The Gate House is requesting quotations for the purchase of these services which will include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding of and contracting for the Gate House HVAC & Electrical Upgrades project. Quotations will be accepted until 12:00 PM (Noon) prevailing time, March 21, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened at SEDA-COG, 201 Furnace Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837. Quotations shall be on the forms required, sealed, and clearly marked on the outside, “Engineering/Architectural Services Quotation,” and submitted to:
