The Office of the Administrative Assistant (OAA) to the Secretary of the Army, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), is interested in establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with three (3) 8(a) companies that provide Sign Language Interpreting (SLI) services within the commercial marketplace.
The Contractor(s) shall provide all personnel necessary to perform Sign Language Interpreting (SLI); In-Person, Platform, Televised, Computer Assisted Real Time Captioning (CART), and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI). The services as defined are in support of Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army (OAA), Resources and Programs Agency, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
