JOHN DEERE XUV 845M HVAC Cab & Trade-In Equipment

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife is soliciting bids to purchase twenty-four (24) new, never used John Deere XUV 845M HVAC Cab UTVs per state contract : STS018473.

The twenty-four (24) UTVs are requested in two (2) specifications:

Eighteen (18) are to be BASE spec John Deere XUV 845M HVAC Cab
Six(6) are to be BASE spec John Deere XUV 845M HVAC Cab PLUS Select Comfort and Convenience Package

Additionaly, the ODNR is soliciting bids for trade-in value of existing ODNR equipment. The exact make, model, condition, and running hours/miles of the trade-in equipment are detailed in Exhibit 2.

Vendors are not required to bid on all trade-in items. If a vendor does not wish to submit a bid for a trade in, then place $0 in that line item.

Vendor shall be responsible for all logistics involved with viewing, removing, transporting, hauling, and any other expenses associated with the trade in equipment.

Bids will be evaluated based on the lowest lot total to deliver all 24 John Deere UTVs minus the total trade in value of the existing ODNR equipment listed in the attached documentation.
