Project Description: The City of Frisco is seeking proposals from qualified companies for a key management system for Police Fleet vehicles. To assist in coordination and tracking of fleet vehicles, the City is seeking proposals from companies for a cost-efficient, configurable key management system including both hardware to secure and organize keys and software to track and provide access control.
