TELERADIOLOGY READING SERVICES WITH VIRTUAL RADIOLOGIC

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Indian Health Service modify Purchase Order No. 75H71321P00131 for additional services teleradiology radiology reading services for the Yakama Service Unit located in Toppenish, Washington as a single source to Virtual Radiologic Professionals of Texas I, PA as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b) and 52.212-4(c) Changes. Virtual Radiology Professionals of Texas I, PA is the single source of services reasonably available to meet specific characterizations of the interpretation of medical electronic medical images to ensure continuity of patient care services. This single source can furnish interim services to ensure there are no interruptions in service. Virtual Radiologic Professionals of Texas I, PA had been credentialed and due to technical aspects and the complexity of connecting to the Government Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) selecting a new vendor would delay patient care, RPMS connectivity set-up lead time is at least 12 months new Contractor and Government. The NAICS Code is 621111.
