The PA Department of Correction, (DOC) Bureau of Facility Security and Safety Operations (BFSSO), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide three (3) enclosed mobile trailers, including delivery and setup at three (3) different SCI locations.

Corrections Bureau of Emergency Equipment
The Department of Corrections, Bureau of Emergency Equipment, is requesting pricing for three enclosed trailers. The required trailer features and performance requirements are detailed under the specifications section below. Bidders must review and comply with all specifications and provide pricing for all required items included in the solicitation.

General Requirements
The trailers shall be built for durability, ease of loading, and a premium-quality finish. All components and material shall be designed and constructed for reliable, long-term service under normal operating conditions.

The contractor shall abide by Department of Corrections rules and regulations while on state property. Purchase of three (3) mobile trailers with set ups for the Bureaus Emergency Equipment.

Bid Award
It shall be understood and agreed that any quantities listed in the solicitation are estimated only and may be increased or decreased in accordance with the actual requirements of the Department of Corrections.
Unless otherwise indicated, the unit price must include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, delivery fees and all items necessary for the completion of the project. In cases of discrepancies in prices, the unit price will be binding unless the unit price is obviously in error and the extended price is obviously correct, in which case the erroneous unit price will be corrected. All items will be delivered
Award will be made based on the lowest grand total price. Please include all costs within the costs of the line items supplied. No additional costs will be allowed.
F.O.B Destination. The awarded supplier is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs.
Bid Results
Bids will be opened on the date and time specified in the invitation for bid. Bid tabulations will be posted on the Department of General Services' eMarketplace, website . Tabulations are for information only and do NOT constitute actual award/execution of a contract. The results of the apparent bidders and all bids are under review until final award of the purchase order.
Invoicing
Contractors must follow the following invoicing requirements:
Accurately bill the Commonwealth for actual services rendered on all invoices.
Submit invoice to appropriate resource account within 10 business days of completed service.
Comply with Commonwealth / Department of Correction's practices for supplier payments.

Estimated Quantities
The quantities contained in the IFB section are estimated only and may increase or decrease depending upon the needs of Department of Corrections (DOC). Ancillary items may be added to this acquisition (purchase order) at the discretion of both parties at a mutually agreed upon price.
Payment to the contractor shall be made within approximately 30 business days after invoice receipt at the unit bid price for the quantities supplied.
