Pre-Advertisement Notice - MCA: Case Management System Implementation and eFiling

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Municipal Court of Atlanta, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of qualified contractors to provide a secure, CJIS-compliant, cloud-based Traffic Court Case Management System with integrated electronic filing capabilities. Interested vendors will be prequalified based on their demonstrated experience, technical capability, experience with court and justice-related systems, security and compliance qualifications, integration expertise, implementation approach, and capacity to deliver services in
accordance with applicable judicial, operational, and data security requirements.

The City¿s expectation is that the selected supplier will deliver a timely, compliant, and high-quality solution that supports case intake, citation processing, electronic filing, and overall operational efficiency for the Municipal Court of Atlanta. A PreSolicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions.
