SOLAR ARRAY DESIGN, PROCUREMENT, AND INSTALLATION AT THREE COUNTY SITES (eOOS-
083126)
The County of Delaware, Pennsylvania (the "County") soliciting proposals for SOLAR ARRAY
DESIGN, PROCUREMENT, AND INSTALLATION AT THREE COUNTY SITES (eOOS-083126) from
qualified contractors for the design, procurement, and installation of solar arrays at three
County locations. The County seeks a cost-effective, reliable, and secure solution that allows
for the installation of solar energy, and that also meets the prescribed deadlines of the
Investment Tax Credits (ITC). The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to provide
qualified respondents with information to enable them to evaluate three properties owned by
the County for the installation of roof mounted solar arrays. The three properties, herein
referred to as (the "Properties"), are the:
