Bulk Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) supersedes and replaces the previously issued solicitation for WTP-4280-2026-07 Bulk Drinking Water Chemicals. The prior solicitation was cancelled by the City of North Augusta due to administrative errors affecting the procurement process.

All interested firms, including firms that submitted proposals in response to the prior solicitation, must submit a new proposal in accordance with the requirements, terms, conditions, and deadline contained in this RFQ. Previously submitted proposals will not be considered for award under this re-solicitation.

The City appreciates the interest and participation of all firms and has re-issued this solicitation to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent procurement process.

The City of North Augusta is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified chemical vendors to supply and deliver bulk drinking water treatment chemicals for a contract term of two (2) years with the option to renew for up to One (1) year period upon mutual agreement of both parties.

Request for Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read publicly aloud. RFP responses must be placed in sealed envelopes, clearly labeled and submitted in person or mailed to:
