RFP FY-25-26-01 Campus Audio/Visual Installer/Repair

Project Description: Reading Area Community College (RACC) is seeking Bid Proposals from qualified contractor to perform described in above title Bid Proposals will be received by RACC via the PennBid platform at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by 22 August 2025 at 2:00PM for Campus A/V Installer/ repair. A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available at no cost on PennBid. All work is scheduled to be performed on a time and material basis. The College is interested in entering into a contract with a qualified contractor that will provide high quality service for an initial term of three years with options for two, one-year renewals, for a total of five years.
Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bonds are not required. Prevailing Wage rates do not apply.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday August 12th at 11:00 in Berks Hall Room 414, 10 South Second Street, Reading, PA 19602. All Bidders are welcome to attend. Please Park in Student Lot E, located on Front Street. A campus map may be found at https://www.racc.edu/about-racc/campus-map-and-directions.
Written requests for interpretation are requested by 2:00 PM on Monday August 18, 2025, Requests must be submitted via PennBid.
All Bids must be received by 1200 PM on Friday August 22, 2025 for the above project through the PennBid portal (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com ).
RACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at its sole discretion in the best interest of the College. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
