FY26 USAFA DF/DFT Projectors and Soundbars

***AMENDMENT 3 - 22 Sep 26: The purpose of this Amendment (0003) to Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA700026Q0110 is to: 1. Restructure the CLIN/SLIN schedule to add a new hardware supply line item for replacement ceiling mounts; 2. Incorporate a revised Statement of Work (Attachment 1 - Revised); 3. Update key government technical points of contact; 4. Incorporate formal Government responses to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) received to date; 5. Change the delivery address for CLINs 0001, 0002, 0004; and 6. Update description on CLIN 0001 and 0002 to remove "Sourced in accordance with the approved TAA Nonavailability Determination in the contract file". A TAA Nonavailability Determination will be conducted by the Contracting Officer after quotes are received in accordance with DFARS 225.403(c)(i). MAPS OF CLASSROOMS ARE AVAILABE BY REQUEST ONLY. **AMENDMENT 2 - 21 Sep 26: The purpose of this Amendment is to provide Government responses to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) received (see new Attachment 5). The Government is currently finalizing technical RFIs and an updated Statement of Work (SOW) regarding classroom mounting data. A second amendment containing the remaining technical responses and the revised SOW will be posted as quickly as possible. The quote submission deadline has been extended to 24 September 2026 at 1000 MDT.

*AMENDMENT 1 - 11 Sep 26: Removed and replaced Attachment 2 - Trade Agreements Act Cert because the security settings did not allow the document to be opened. Removed and replaced Attachment 3 - Brand Name Justification and Approval in order to redact information in accordance with FOIA.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA700026Q0110 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for the purchase and installation of brand name projectors and soundbars, removal and haul away of old projectors IAW Attachment 1 — Statement of Work (SOW). Please see Attachment 3- Brand Name Justification and Approval (J&A) for the brand name Epson BrightLink 1485Fi Interactive Projectors and AVerMedia GS68-C Soundbars.
