Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically by Derry Township until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, September 5, 2025, for the following project:
Kishacoquillas Park – Miniature Golf, contains one (1) contract:
Contract No. 1 – Site Improvement Contract
Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net).
A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Kishacoquilllas Park, 1 Derry Park Drive, Lewistown, PA 17044. Attendance is recommended for all bidders.
A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10-percent of the total base bid. A noncollusion affidavit shall accompany each proposal. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternates

This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
Derry Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Derry Township.
