Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Health from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of Public Record Database Firm services to cross-reference and update patient records that are maintained within the Oklahoma State Immunization Information System (OSSI). For this data quality "clean-up" project, we would request the vendor be able to provide updated phone, email, address, and deceased record information when comparing our system records versus their database of publicly available information, public records, and non-public information. Additionally, we would expect this report to also further identify and flag duplicative records maintained in OSIIS as well.
