Project Description: Notice is hereby given that the Quaker Valley Council of Governments (QVCOG), on behalf of its participating member municipalities, is soliciting sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of winter maintenance materials for the 2026–2027 season. The project is described as:
2026–2027 JOINT MUNICIPAL ROAD SALT (SODIUM CHLORIDE)
Full specifications and proposal forms for the project may be obtained electronically via PennBid beginning Thursday, August 27, 2026.
All Proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid on or before Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened publicly and posted immediately via PennBid on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 10:01 AM.
Bids may be held by the Quaker Valley Council of Governments for a period not to exceed Thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening. The legislative bodies of the member municipalities reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor discrepancies in the bid or specifications when deemed to be in the best interest of the municipality.
