Request for Qualifications - Long Branch-Wayne Local Park Renovation

Proposed park improvements include a new parking lot, renovated existing parking lot, renovated picnic shelter area, relocated playground area, relocated basketball court, fitness station, renovated natural turf athletic field with new irrigation system, plaza/seating areas, environmental enhancements (stormwater management facilities, tree planting), accessibility/connectivity elements (paths, steps, and ramps), and general site amenity/furnishings (benches, porta-john, drinking fountain, yard hydrant, security cameras, bike racks, fencing, railings, signage, etc.).

The construction scope includes site preparation, tree protection, demolition, erosion and sediment control, grading and drainage, stormwater management (SWM), irrigation, parking lot improvements, utility connections (WSSC, PEPCO, Verizon, etc.), traffic control, paving, curbs, low walls, sport courts, playground, fitness area, fencing, steps, railings, site furnishings (including a drinking fountain, yard hydrant), picnic shelter, security cameras, turf establishment, SWM planting, lawn open space and related site work.
