Generator Inspection Bid Terms, Conditions & Requirements for your bidding:
Vendor to provide a quote for (2) Inspections for the fiscal year as follows:
(1) Preventative Maintenance Inspection to be performed in January 2027 for the generator listed above to include inspection, service, and repair. Vendor to check/review necessary systems to ensure that the generator is operating at maximum capacity.
(2) Operational Maintenance Inspection to be performed in August 2027 for the generator listed above to include inspection, service, and repair. Vendor to check/review necessary systems to ensure that the generator is operating at maximum capacity.
Vendor to provide the percentage discount for any parts, supplies, etc. needed during the Preventative Maintenance and Operational Maintenance Inspections. To include but not limited to: Filters, batteries, hoses, belts, etc. Discounted amount can be included in the comment box as well as the hourly rate for repairs when submitting your quote for the following:
(3) List Hourly Rate for Repairs as: Hourly Rate for Repairs per hour.
(4) List Parts & Supplies discount percentage.
