Project Description: Grantsville City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Grantsville Scenic Slopes Park - Phase 1
The Project includes the following Work:
Constructing approximately 7.18 acres of city open space, including parking lot base course, landscaping surrounding various bike park type elements (bike park to be constructed through a separate contract), baseball field and it’s related infrastructure, storm drainage, sidewalks, water lines, grading and drainage, sewer lines, electrical infrastructure, and irrigation.
