Subject: Removal of Small Business Set Aside Clauses
The purpose of this amendment is to update the Combined solicitation to reflect that this procurement is unrestricted. As a result, all Small Business Set Aside provisions and clauses previously included are hereby removed.
Changes to the Combined Solicitation Cluses:
The following clauses are deleted in their entirety because this requirement is not set aside for small business concerns:
