Project Description: AISD is seeking proposals from firms or entities qualified and experienced in providing commercial real estate services. It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful Consultant, enter into a Contract with AISD to supply real estate services as outlined herein, on an as-needed basis. The respondents to this RFP must be knowledgeable of the local real estate market and should have experience in the sale and ground lease of similar properties for governmental entities.
