OISP for Vendor-Led Project Administration for Facility Coordination and Scheduling - Norristown Community Facilities Project

Project Description: Montgomery County, PA, through its Office of Innovation, Strategy, and Performance (OISP), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for vendor-led project administration to manage the booking, scheduling, and coordination of community facilities for the Norristown Community Facilities Project. This initiative is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) and seeks to enhance community access to shared spaces.
The County seeks a vendor capable of administering project activities by coordinating with community facilities and nonprofit providers and procuring/implementing a robust scheduling software solution for booking and scheduling. The vendor will facilitate scheduling activities, assess and understand the operational needs of each facility, and develop a unified approach to maximize space utilization. The selected vendor must collaborate actively with stakeholders to ensure seamless software integration and foster a coordinated, equitable facility management process.
