Blanket Exercise for Indigenous Learning

The objective of this Contract is to have access, and permission, for the Canada School of Public Service to provide the in person Blanket Exercise half-day workshop as part of the Indigenous Learning (IL) curriculum available to federal public servants. The contractor must provide the School with access to the

Blanket Exercise scripts and resources and permission to use such materials to provide the half-day workshop in person to federal public servants as part of the School’s offerings under the Indigenous Learning (IL) curriculum. The School will have authority to provide an unlimited number of in-person Blanket Exercise sessions during each licensing contract period.

The period of the proposed contract is from July 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2026, with the possibility to extend the contract period by four (4) option years of one (1) year each.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
