Description
Douglas County (¿Owner¿ or the ¿County¿) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit commercial and technical proposals (¿Proposals¿) from bidders (¿Respondents¿) for the site contractor to design, fabricate and install a fire suppression system at the DOT Maintenance Complex located at 8251 Chicago Avenue Douglasville, GA 30134 and at the Douglas County Sheriffs Dept Complex located at 8470 Earl D. Lee Blvd Douglasville, GA 30134 (the ¿Project¿). Capitalized terms in this RFP, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project. Refer to the included bidding documents and contract documents for the full project scope.
