Please keep the following notes in mind when bidding:
* Contractor is responsible for all Utility locates where required.
* Contractor is responsible for all damages to private and Government properties.
* Radiuses are to be used in all intersecting areas.
* Yellow ADA pads will be used.
* All ramps must meet existing asphalt making a smooth transition.
* All work is to be performed on County Property (right-of-way) with respect to private
property. Floyd County will not be responsible for work done on Private
Property, monetary or damage wise.
Floyd County terms are net 30. Invoices will be paid within 30 days of date on invoice.
Floyd County is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes, and prices stipulated by the
bidder are considered maximum, and are not subject to any increase due to any taxes, shipping &
handling charges, or any other cause or reason.
