Description
The Senior Homeowner Rehabilitation Program will provide repair and rehabilitation assistance to owner-occupied, low- and moderate-income households in the City of South Fulton to correct code violations, address health and safety issues, eliminate unsafe and substandard living conditions, and address accessibility. The program will provide non-luxury general property improvements that enhance living conditions and the structural integrity of the home.
The program is currently funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and assistance will be provided in the form of a grant. Eligible activities include electrical, plumbing, roof replacement, exterior windows and doors, HVAC, mold and lead remediation, and accessibility modifications.
