Description

Seeking an Injury Tracking Program Annual Subscription (1 Base Year + 4 Option Years)

This project will utilize a computer-based Injury Tracking Program to optimize communication with leadership and class teams regarding student status, participation levels, and medical appointments. Data will also be used to monitor injury trends and identify events causing the most injuries. Additionally, the information will be compared to Physical Readiness Test (PRT) performance to evaluate any correlation between performance and increased injury risk. The program leverages the Healthy Roster HIPAA-approved application (app) to allow immediate communication without requiring computers at all locations.
