Description
Sealed bids for construction of the GA Highway 32 Lift Station Improvements will be received until Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM local time. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be accepted. Base Cost of all Bids shall be published to the QuestCDN website no later than 30 minutes after the closing time. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law.
This work includes installation of four (4) new sewage lift stations to replace four (4) existing lift stations along S.R. 32. The existing stations that will be decommissioned are all located within the S.R. 32 right-of-way. The new lift stations will be installed outside of the S.R. 32 right-of-way. The existing wet wells will be rehabilitated and converted to traditional sanitary sewer manholes. The work shall also include connecting the new stations to existing infrastructure by the construction of new PVC gravity sewer mains and new force mains.

Bidders can download the digital documents for a fee of $150.00 for PDF file payable through the website. Bids must be submitted electronically at QuestCDN.com. There will be an additional $42.00 submittal fee.
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM at City of Alma, 502 W. 12th Street. Suite 104, Alma, GA 31510. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
This project is funded in part or whole by GEFA SRF monies.
