265260 - Install Fire Alarm System & Monitoring - Logistics

Installation and monitoring of Commercial Grade Fire Alarm Communicator-dual Sim Verizon/AT&T cell/ip.

The current existing fire alarm panel will be upgraded from landline to cellular.

Company may want to test signal strength before bidding.

Response time will be less than a minute and will need to be set to alert authorities.

Company awarded bid must install the alarm communicator during the workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm.  Work must be complete no later than September 30, 2026.

Supplier will do a final walk-thru prior to completion with ADPH Staff.

Supplier MUST attach a copy of their Liability Insurance Certificate with their bid.

Any damage caused to the building by supplier is the sole responsibility of the supplier.

When moving tools, carts, or other materials, coverings must be used to protect the floor, walls, doors and other building items.

Any questions or problems must be brought to the attention of ADPH Staff immediately.

Vendor shall meet all applicable requirements for state and city government work. For example, have a business license and liability work insurance coverage.

Please quote the total price for this project to include all labor, materials, etc.

Vendor must perform the work and no sub-contracting will be allowed.

In order to properly quote this service a site visit is MANDATORY.

Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered.

The site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2026 at 10am.

There will be a sign in sheet for vendors.
