Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list. (You must be Pre-Qualified Rangeland Vendor list for either: (Lop & Scatter - 650 acres and Cut & Pile - 101 acres.)
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

It is anticipated that this IFB could result in a multiple award contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor per each line item. Line Item One is Lop & Scatter for 650 acres and Line Item 2 is Cut and Pile for 101 Acres. (The vendor that has the lowest overall cost per line item may be awarded. REMEMBER As A VENDOR you must be on the Pre-Qualified Rangeland List for each treatment type (Lop & Scatter - 650 acres and Cut & Pile - 101 acres in order to put a bid in on each line item.)
Project Performance Time: September 21, 2026, through November 13, 2026
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
