Purpose of Solicitation: Multi-year Master Agreement (MA) for Annual Balance Calibration service to include ISO 17025 Calibration Certificates for the following labs:

**5 year Agreement with annual renewals. Pricing must be fixed for the life of the contract.

NOTE: Additional Service Trip charges will not be paid if supplier is already on location.

Service must be scheduled by the lab before supplier can be on-site to provide service at the Dothan, Huntsville, Montgomery, and Mobile locations.
