RFP - CMGC - Fire Station 65

Project Description: South Jordan City is seeking PROPOSALS from Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms to construct a new Fire Station 65 at 7092 W. South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, UT. CM/GC’s are to submit formal proposals for the project through the city purchasing portal Bonfire. The facility will function as a 1+ company fire station and will include space for community meetings. The facility includes office space, living quarters, kitchen, exercise room, apparatus bays and storage rooms. The estimated size of the building is 23,500 SF.
There is a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on September 9, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Fire Station 64 in the Copperview Conference Room, 5443 West Lake Avenue, South Jordan, Utah.
Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time.
