HVAC Upgrades - DPW Garage
Remove existing steam boiler and associated heating system. Install new gas-fired rooftop makeup air units and associated gas piping. Install new infrared heating units and associated gas piping. New electrical scope of work associated with heating system replacement. Roof framing modifications to support new rooftop HVAC units. Alternate #1: Remove existing underground oil tank. PREBID: Weds, Sep 2nd - 10:00am. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
