Description
The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals for BOE Office Interior Modifications for room 223
at the CCSD Board Office. Sealed or emailed proposals will be received by the Clarke County School
District in the SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 1:00 PM (EDT)
on January 27, 2026.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Site Visit will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 in
the 2 nd floor Nutrition Conference room #206 District Services Building located at 145 Paradise Blvd.
Athens, Georgia 30607.
Bidding documents may be obtained by email from Troy Bassett, Clarke County School District, SPLOST
Office, email bassettt@clarke.k12.ga.us Subject of email to read: RFQ #26-0127 BOE Office Interior
Modifications for room 223 at the CCSD Board Office.
The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Quote and Bid Specifications. No
bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
