Office of Community Services Request for Proposals for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Case Management 2026

The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office of Community Services, is accepting proposals for the CSBG - Federal Community Service Block Grant. Funds are available for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with a one (1) year option to extend, through December 31, 2027, to provide case management for comprehensive social service programs to low-income, Mercer County residents. Contract awards are in an annual amount of up to $100,000.00 per year.
Funding will be made available for the provision of case management services. No less than 75 eligible clients/families are to receive case management annually for comprehensive social services programs including:

  • Emergency Food Assistance/Food Pantry Services
  • Information and Referral
  • Emergency Services
  • Health, Nutrition and General Services
  • Youth Programs
