The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office of Community Services, is accepting proposals for the CSBG - Federal Community Service Block Grant. Funds are available for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with a one (1) year option to extend, through December 31, 2027, to provide case management for comprehensive social service programs to low-income, Mercer County residents. Contract awards are in an annual amount of up to $100,000.00 per year. Funding will be made available for the provision of case management services. No less than 75 eligible clients/families are to receive case management annually for comprehensive social services programs including:
- Emergency Food Assistance/Food Pantry Services
- Information and Referral
- Emergency Services
- Health, Nutrition and General Services
