Evaporative Cooler Maintenance and Repair

The City of Phoenix invites electronic offers for Evaporative Cooler Maintenance and Repair.

The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department.

The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be on or about January 18, 2027 or the Effective Date, whichever is later.

The term of this Agreement will be for three (3) years, beginning on the Commencement Date, with two 1 -year options to extend, which may be exercised by the City in its sole discretion] .
