This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under EN578-191593 ($0 - $3.75M)

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

1. Udemy Inc.

2. JML Systems and Solutions Inc. (Coursera Inc.)

3. Data Centre Intelligence Inc. (Pluralsight LLC)

4. Carahsoft Canada (LinkedIn)

Description of the Requirement:

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has a requirement to provide its employees access to an externally hosted, web-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) e-learning subscription service in order to supply employees with the ability to advance their learning and development needs in various technical and business skills.

One Contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.

Contract Period And Contract Extension Options:

The Contract period will commence on the date of Contract award and end one (1) year later.

The Contract will include irrevocable options to extend the term of the contract by up to two additional one-year period.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be emailed directly, from the Contracting Officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The initial quantity of 1000 units will apply to the initial period of the contract at the proposed tiered price. For any additional quantities beyond the initial 1,000 licenses, the tiered rates applicable at that time will be reviewed based on the specific quantity ordered. Pricing will be adjusted according to the applicable tier in the RFP, Annex "B" Basis of Payment for the additional quantities at the time of order during initial period and Option periods.
