PROJECT DESCRIPTION:The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Labor (NDOL) is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidder to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services consisting of: Adult and Dislocated Worker Services, Youth Services, Administrative Entity and One-Stop Operator within the Greater Nebraska Workforce Development Area (GNWDA).
