The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals for an occupational health management (OHM) software to replace its UL OHM system. The new solution must ensure continuity, security, and improved efficiency for the Fire Department and Human Resources, with seamless migration of all necessary historical data, robust compliance, reporting, and integration features.
Project Objectives
• Replace the legacy UL OHM system with a cost-effective, fully supported, and secure solution that seamlessly connects with existing City systems such as Laserfiche, Outlook, and Munis
• Successfully migrate 20+ years of historical occupational health data from the existing system without data loss or corruption
• Enhance reporting, compliance, and efficiency capabilities by enabling customizable dashboards, OSHA-compliant reporting, trend analysis, and employee-facing tools for incident reporting and case management
