NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Shelby County Government Property Insurance
The identified vendor will:
Provide Property Insurance for Shelby County Government
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Goods are to be delivered for the period from October 7, 2026 to October 7, 2027
2. Services are to be rendered for the period from October 7, 2026 to October 7, 2027
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on September 16, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
