Description
The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (“Legislative Assembly”) wishes to retain services for ceiling remediation and improving fire ratings on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Armouries Building at 431 Menzies Street. This includes sourcing and mitigating water ingress as well as removal and replacement of ceiling plaster and plywood using gypsum board as required.
Note that a Confidenitality Agreement needs to be signed and submitted before the mandatory site tour begins. Refer to the ITQS document and Appendix I for further instructions.
Note that a mandatory site tour is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, 2025 @ 1 pm PT. Please register in advance, by 4pm PT the day before the day of the site tour. Refer to the ITQS document and Appendix C for further instructions.
Note that bids must be accompanied by a bid bond. Refer to Appendix J affixed to the ITQS document for more information.
The standard CCDC 2-2020 edition Stipulated Price Contract will be used, as well as information in the ITQS document, amendments, and appendices.
