Auditing Assistance with Jefferson County Public Schools

Mowing at the KET Network Center. The KET Network Center grounds comprises of approximately three (3) acres of lawn, shrubs, trees, and ground coverings. There are five (5) courtyards with trees, shrubs, ground cover, and ornamental plantings throughout. Quote price should include all required trimming/cleaning services for a neat, professional appearance after the services are complete.

Trimming, Weeding, and Spraying Courtyards and Parking Lot Additional Grass and vegetation trimming work at the KET Network Center, at KET's discretion. The KET Network Center grounds comprises of approximately three (3) acres of lawn, shrubs, trees, and ground coverings. There are five (5) courtyards with trees, shrubs, ground cover, and ornamental plantings throughout. Weed eat as needed. Courtyards sprayed monthly or at KET's discretion. Parking lots, curbs, and concrete cracks and joints treated for weed control as needed. Cost is per trimming visit.

Tree trimming work at the KET Network Center, at KET's discretion/request. The KET Network Center grounds comprises of approximately three (3) acres of lawn, shrubs, trees, and ground coverings. There are five (5) courtyards with trees, shrubs, ground cover, and ornamental plantings throughout. Cost is per trimming visit.

Fall - Moderate rate Fertilizer with broad leaf weed control, per application. Application will be approximately 3 acres per visit.

Fertilizer that promotes root development, aids in spring green up and strengthens turf against disease. Price is per application. Area is approximately 3 acres.

Light fertilizer with broad leaf weed control. Pre-emergent treatments for crabgrass and foxtail control. Price is per application for 3 acres.

Slow release fertilizer with broad leaf weed control, pre-emergent for crabgrass and foxtail control. Price is per application for 3 acres.

One cubic yard of mulch, applied to KET grounds, as requested by KET.

Perform ice and snow removal in the KET Parking Lot when snowfall reaches or exceeds two inches or when ice, sleet, slush, etc. will result in hazardous conditions at the KET Network Center. All parking lot areas will be plowed, and snow is to be deposited in an area not to impede pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Ice melt chemicals will be used in all areas of the parking lot when necessary, with focus on the curves. Overnight snow to be removed prior to 7 a.m. Price is per visit.

Perform ice and snow removal for KET Sidwalks, Ramps, and Steps when snowfall reaches or exceeds two inches or when ice, sleet, slush, etc. will result in hazardous conditions at the KET Network Center. Overnight snow to be removed prior to 7 a.m. Price is per visit.

Snow removal chemicals used at the KET Network Center to remove snow and ice, per pound used.

Additional landscaping and snow removal services requested by KET. Vendor will quote time per hour in whole hour increments only.
