Bid Description:
The Town of Lincoln is seeking proposals from well-qualified contractors for the reconstruction of the two town-owned parking lots along Lincoln Gap Road, with a separate option to reconstruct the U.S.
Forest Service-owned aggregate-surface parking area southeast of the trail crossing.

This project is to be bid as two separate options. Visit the Town of Lincoln website for the project plan, the independent government cost estimates for supplies, a bid worksheet, and the Town of Lincoln’s terms.
