Project Description: Montgomery County is seeking an external vendor to design, administer, analyze, report, and support follow-up on Drug and Alcohol (D&A)/Substance Use Disorder (SUD) consumer satisfaction and member experience activities. The project is intended to strengthen system-wide quality monitoring, support alignment with Pennsylvania HealthChoices expectations, elevate the voice of individuals receiving D&A services, and inform continuous quality improvement across D&A treatment and recovery support services.
